Re: booked in for dyno at jordans
Funny? Had two bikes on the dyno at Jordans and they didn't try to sell me owt....
Jordans are what they are...an independent bikes sales and service set up...no massive organisation behind them to fund them so they are always looking for something extra.
And yes they have fucked me off in the past but so have others. Get on fairly well with them so tend to gravitate back to them.
You pays your money you takes your choice...

I've bought 2 bikes off them, traded 1 in and sold them another - ok they're not the cheapest for bikes, wont budge on price but they're friendly enough and closeish to where i live so are handy.
I MOT'd the last bike there and it flew through - no advisories

Jordans are no different to any other bike shop, they have to make money to survive, never had a problem with them and they're friendly enough :-)

Most independent dealers wont do test rides, as they don't have manufacturers to help with costs of insurance etc, that's why main dealers prices are higher....
Re: booked in for dyno at jordans
if you have made a booking for dyno and they let you turn up on the day then cancel that is shit service in my opinion for what its worth
a phone call would of been nice to say sorry cant do today because blah blah sorry

Re: booked in for dyno at jordans
Is your Bazzazzal and Power Ranger Commanders gonna make you go any quicker?
Have either of you got anywhere near the upper power limits of your bikes?
Did you get wupped by an 82 bhp Dorso at Teeside?
Learn to ride better and quicker and explore the full range of your bike's power before you go down this road.
Shitting money....

Re: booked in for dyno at jordans
He does have a point tho, spending all this money on more power, both your bikes have more power than you need, if anything, if you feel the need to spend money, spend it on some track days, so get to learn how to use the power youve got! Just saying like :-)
