No, delivered but shit, no padding in seat cushions, scuffs on two corners, shit leather....they say they'll repair it but not till New year.

Fuckin £1400 quid's worth....and they'll repair it!!

Refuse it - tell them you want a full refund under the SOGA (not as described) - you don't want a repair on a brand new sofa

Been in touch with Citizens advice about SOGA, they tell me if they have offered repair DFS have covered their obligation in the same way if you bought a new car and it went wrong they would fix it not change it. Could take them to small claims court but run the risk of judge ruling against me. Paid cash/debit card so no comeback there either. If they fix it I will have to put up with it but not happy and would not recommend at all.
