I can't remember a time in the last ten years that I have been out so little on the bike over this period.

Even Jacko has been out more than me.

Admittedly sometimes I have taken our lass out in the car rather than go out on the bike but part of that is my lack of fuckin enthusiasm for riding in this shit!
